explore the inn

At the top of a garden path, our front door opens into a welcoming foyer with local art, a large bay window, and soft tile floors. The dining room at the end of the foyer features a wall of French doors that open onto the garden terrace, an antique serving table, and tables for up to 24 guests.

Our five guest rooms upstairs feature cozy dormered ceilings, exposed timber frames, wood floors, quilted bedcovers, and original hand-crafted curtains. The private cottage behind the Inn offers extra privacy and independence. Learn more about each of the rooms below.

things to keep in mind…

In keeping with the natural setting, there are no televisions in the Inn. Instead, guests can enjoy reading and relaxing in our multiple common spaces. Downstairs, take in the views of the mountains through the French doors in either the foyer lounge or the breakfast room. Upstairs, cozy up by the wood stove in the reading nook. Outside, the terrace offers a stunning view of the Black Mountain range. Guests can stroll down to the river, walk through the gardens, or explore the woods behind the Inn.

Please note that all rooms within the Inn are located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. Due to the historic nature of the building, none of the rooms are handicap accessible. The cottage can meet the needs of some guests with limited mobility. Most rooms can accommodate a cot or travel crib for an additional child for a $10 fee.

We are open seasonally from April through December. Weekend reservations require a two-night stay. Listed prices do not include 12.75% occupancy and sales tax.
